Hae-Hyuk Gin

Hae-Hyuk Gin, a being that some say is actually a northern Seibos dragon in disguise, is whom or what this is all about. Continuing on with what is actually told from Hae-Hyuk Gins friend whom, they themselves, don't know what they are. (This is third person)

The Beginning to an End

Ever Neravan Sin-tem's my childhood, Hae-Hyuk has never seemed to age. They looked young, even with their mask on, and you would always be able to tell that they were never truly honest with you or others. Though, this never deterred them from trying their best to be around them. Neravan was once told by her late mother, that Hae-Hyuk was actually a rebirthed hero that saved the world twice over, and this alone is what made her wish to tag along with them. Hae-Hyuk Gin's mask though, which seemed to bend along with their emotions, was never the same for more than an hour, other than when they sleep of course. It was when asked they first... Oh maybe hundred times to tag along with them, they always said that Neravan's resolve would waver when they saw what they did on their travels. But waver they did not. Rather than falter and abandon her idealistic view of them, she embraced what this would entail for them. Always eager and never scared of what might happen on the long and rigorous journeys on which they both would take flight along on their own two feet.

When they reached a city, a rather large one at the time, they both knew that they would have to find a place of shelter first. Hae-Hyuk always... Always embraced the idea of sleeping outside of the city, or sneaking over its towering walls that tackled the heights and made giants seem like ants to it. Comparing a human to the wall is like comparing a grain of sand to the sun. It seemed impossibly high... But that's why it sounds so possible when you hear how it was made. People say that the ancient dragons had built these walls as a final respite for all the races on Seibos, which is why its the only place on Seibos where all races and all people can come to converse and learn from everyone and everything else. Only now does Neravan truly believe that this is the case, when they have someone whom trained under those beings to the point that they have surpassed them in strength, speed and intellect. When they take that into account it hardly seems possible for them- who at the time was, in fact, a sell-sword tagging along with a friend on a journey -to be given such grace by the gods who watch over Seibos from the skies above the wall.

Granted, he's not the most natural of people, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he doesn't have aspects of a normal person. They would know, as they traveled alongside him for most of their life since he came back past the Northern Mountains. She was surprised to see that his body hadn't changed in the slightest, though. Granted, it was possible he made a witch angry and cursed him, that was what she thought the most likely thing was. But there was always those moments when his humanity truly shown bright. When moments like that happened, Neravan truly couldn't handle it and would usually try to get more intimate with him.

She's tried so much to the point that she's used to being shot down without mercy. Of course, that hasn't stopped her. Some times, she tries seducing him, other times she uses means which wouldn't be considered very fair. Such as aphrodisiacs or just magic in general. Hae-Hyuk Gin had started getting bored of her usual failed attempts at trying to get romantically, or just sexually, involved with him. He eventually asked her what she wanted out of him, and she spoke truthfully. 'She wanted his hand in marriage, is what she said. Hae-Hyuk was never the best with his emotions, Neravan knew this, so she was quite surprised to have seen him acting so embarrassed around her. It was welcome, but still odd.
